An audit firm must insure its liability to clients. The sum insured is at least 10 000 MCI (43 250 000 ₸ in 2026). The premium is agreed by the parties but may not exceed 4,5% of the sum insured; the deductible is no more than 5%. The calculation uses an average rate of 1%.
